Cinderella

My friend Klaudia from KSL gave me 4 tickets to Cinderella at the Eccles Theater. Lucy and I decided to invite Grandma Moss and GG Moss to come with us. We got dressed up and went to the theater! It was beautiful inside. We really enjoyed the play too. Lucy does so good during them. She said her favorite part was Cinderella getting in her dresses– "It was like magic!"

Provo Beach Double Date

Daniel and I doubled with Kaylee and her fiancé Adam. We went to the Provo Beach! We love going on dates here and it's so much fun to have another couple too. We did 2 games of laser tag, the ropes course (wedgie walk haha), bowling and a few arcade games (I forgot how much I love Dance Dance Revolution)! It was so fun!

Easter 2017

Tony Hunt:
Uncle Tony invited us to his work Easter Egg Hunt again. This year it was a little busier, but Lucy and Lincoln still managed to get most of their bag full of candy which was plenty. It was hilarious because Lucy managed to just grab the pink eggs. haha!

Tervort Hunt
The Tervort Hunt is always super fun as usual. First, we had breakfast and had a small program. The kids sang Gethsemane. It was very special. For the hunt, Lincoln participated better this year and got lots of candy and toys. He wanted to stop after each treat he picked up so he could open it and eat it. Lucy was being picky on what she picked up for some reason. During the adult hunt, Dan did a good job as always and found lots of prize eggs. He and Clay fought over one and it broke it half. Dan got the number part and we got the gift which ended up being the giant teddy bear. Lucy was so excited! They got all sorts of fun gifts!

Easter/Moss Hunt

On Easter, we went to church of course. Then we went to my parent's house for a yummy dinner. After the adults hid the prizes and eggs for the hunt. While we did that my mom taught the kids all about Jesus Christ and His atonement. I always appreciate that she does that.
After the kids had a fun time finding their colors of the eggs. Lucy had to find all the pink prizes and eggs and Lincoln had to find all the yellow. My mom got them some fun prizes.
It was a good Easter!

My 28th Birthday

For my 28th birthday, we kept it low key which was totally fine with me. My mom took me and the kids to Corner Bakery Cafe. Then when Dan got home from school, we went out to eat at PF Changs. It was a quick date. When we got home we had some friends over for cake and ice cream. It was a good day!

Spring Break in California!

We weren't planning on going to California this Spring Break since we went last Fall Break, but we decided, heck we weren't doing anything else! Plus this year it was a little different. We went and saw Grandma for a few days and then drove to San Diego for the last few days.

While we were in Northridge, we played in Grandma's backyard of course. It is the best place to be! It is always so good to see her! Kathy and Dave flew in later and so the next day we went to see Beauty and the Beast with them and Grandma. Lucy absolutely loved it! After, Dan and I met up with my friend Ashley and went to the beach. It was freezing and windy, but that didn't stop Lucy from playing in the sand and water with Johnny. After, we drove to Thousand Oaks and hung out with Ashley in her home. It is such a cute house! Our kids got along so well. Lincoln and Millie played and Lucy and Johnny played. And I played with Griffin. Her kids are adorable! I wish we lived closer.

The next day we drove to San Diego where we met up with friends TJ and Abby Bertrand to go to Sea World! They have season passes so they got us a good deal on our tickets. It was fun to show Lucy and Lincoln all the animals. Lucy loved the Pet show and the Penguins the most. We got her on the ride Atlantis even though she was technically too short. We poked up her little braids to be 2 inches taller, haha. We enjoyed being with our friends. We had a good day!

The next day we met up with Dave, Kathy and Adam and Julie's family. We went to La Jolla and walked around. It was beautiful but still smelled the same as I remembered it 4 years ago. Bleh! After we went and visited the Mormon Batallion Visitors Center. It was really cool to learn about it! The kids dug for "gold" after. We went and walked around Old Town and bought candy and fudge at the candy store. Then after that, we drove to the temple. It really is like a castle. It is so pretty! Later we went out to eat and then hung out at the hotel pool. It was such a fun trip!
