We did a ton on Halloween. While Daniel was at school, I had fun dressing Lucy up in all of her dress ups that she's got from her cousins. She had a fun time too and danced in all of them. She is such a girl. Right after school, we went to Jaker's and saw the petting zoo and played on the slides. Before going trick-or-treating, we went and saw Grandma Nona at her Senior Center. Once we got back, we met up with Whitney and Burton and went around the neighborhood. Burton and Lucy were so cute and would say trick or treat at each door and then take a handful of candy. She got a lot and soon got really possessive over her bucket of candy and would cry and scream if we took it away. This is the part I don't like about Halloween. Our trick-or-treating got cut short, because Dave and Kathy got their mission call! The whole family met at Jamie's and we watched them open their call. We were all expecting them to go to St. George because that is where they put in for, but nope, they were called to Omaha, Nebraska! They leave March 9 (the day baby boy is due). They will be serving at Winter Quarters and at the temple. They are super excited and we are excited for them!

Moss Halloween Party
This year Daniel dressed up as Pluto, Lucy as Minnie Mouse and me as Mickey Mouse. Lucy was so darling as Minnie, everyone loved her costume. Like I say every year, I love love Grandma's Halloween party. This is the only reason I dress up and force Daniel to. I love seeing my cousins and seeing their fun costumes. We always take pictures, eat yummy food and then carve pumpkins. Lucy was so cute all night and kept talking to everyone and seeing how carving their pumpkins was going. She hung out with my cousin Lizzie all night, probably because she was dressed up as Tinkerbell. It was fun to see her so social.

Daniel is 30!
Daniel is officially 30! He's an old man now ;) On his birthday, Lucy and I took him lunch at work. When he got home, he opened his presents and then we went out to lunch with his friend Dave Sorenson and his new wife. We went to the Banana Leaf in Provo. I think it was my first time at a Thai Restaurant. It was pretty good. They gave Daniel an avocado shake for his birthday which he didn't really care for, but Lucy loved it! After dinner, we went to the Spanish Fork/Maple Mountain game. It was fun, but especially fun for Daniel. He got to watch football and talk to a lot of other coaches. I think he had a fun birthday!
The next day, I planned a pretty sweet party for Daniel. It was supposed to be a surprise party, but I was just too excited to tell him what it was a couple weeks early. I rented out the flow rider at the Riverwoods and invited all our family and friends to come. We were lucky because we got the whole flow rider to ourselves when I only rented out half. Even though I couldn't go, it was so much fun to watch everyone else go. They had a blast and it was pretty entertaining to watch them biff it.
Daniel said it was his best birthday yet! I'm so glad to have him in my life. He is an amazing husband and an awesome dad!

Lucy @ 21 Months
Some things about Lucy @ 21 months:
- She repeats anything you say. Even things like stupid and idiot. Gotta watch our language!
- She loves to sing. She Likes to complete phrases to songs like Popcorn popping on the Apricot Tree, wheels on the bus, pat a cake. She is pretty good at singing the whole songs to I love to see the temple, You are my sunshine, itsy Bitsy Spider and twinkle twinkle Little Star.
- She loves temples. She always points them out and says temple. Just yesterday she pointed to a church and said temple. I tell her no it's a church and she keeps saying temple.
- She loves to play with monkeys and dolls and likes to put them to bed and change their diapers.
- She has been saying 'bad guys' a lot. I think I've been letting her watch too many Disney movies with "bad guys" and they are scaring her. The Huns on Mulan are pretty scary. We are going back to just watching Daniel TIger and Curious George from now on.
- She is still very particular about what show she is watching and always says "point" to the show she wants to watch. She loves tv.
- She loves to color. Has good dexterity. She colors the eyes when I tell her too and so on. Likes me to trace her hand. But she also always breaks the crayons and takes the wrappers off.
- she's a wild child! She is so rambunctious and hard to keep up with sometimes. Always making messes, always chatting away, she's a busy body.
- she is great at taking naps and going to bed. As long as she sleeps with her monkey, dolly, doggy and 2 blankets, she'll go to sleep. She has to give them all kisses before bed.
- She is great at saying her prayers. Before dinner or whenever we eat, she'll fold her arms and say prayer. She always makes sure to pray for papa.
- She is still super shy around new people and just glares at them if they try to be nice. Usually she'll give them a five. It takes a minute for her to warm up.
- She is such an amazing talker! She will always tell me how she feels or what she wants. She always wants a bandaid and Popsicles lately. She tells me she needs to go poo poo or potty chair, but still isn't good about actually using the potty chair. She can recite her name and it's adorable! She can tell you what animals are at the zoo. She talks all the time.
- she's been going on time out more frequently for climbing on the table and whining. She's pretty good at staying in the corner, but I think she likes it.
- she still dislikes nursery, but calms down pretty quick after we go.
- she loves to pinch my cheeks lately (it kills). But it makes her giggle so much. She also likes to make funny faces.
- she always dances. Lately she's loved to go to the riverwoods and dance with the other kids when they're playing music. She has some of the funniest moves that crack us up.
- she loves to scare me. She always shuts her self in the pantry and comes out with a big boo or rawr! It's so cute.
- she makes anything into a slide. A blanket on the couch, my legs. She loves to slide.
- she loves giving kisses, but they are always wet slobbery ones. She doesn't know how to keep her tongue in.
- She loves her brother and will give my tummy kisses

It's a boy!
We are so so so excited to announce that we are having a boy! Daniel and I both were so sure that it was going to be a girl. We even had a name picked out. My pregnancy has been a lot easier this time around, but I kept thinking that maybe it was that way since I was taking care of a toddler and not thinking about the morning sickness. Also, my doctor kept predicting it was going to be a girl. The first ultrasound at 10 weeks, we told us he was 60% sure it was a girl cuz of the way the pelvic bone was pointing. Then the second time around he little to the heartbeat and told us it was sounding like a girl heartbeat. So– we were sure it was a girl. WRONG. At 19 weeks, I had another ultrasound and Doctor Anderson told us everything was looking good. He then asked us if we were ready to know the gender. He pointed and said, "Right knee, left knee, weenie". Wait, what?! Dan and I were in shock. He gave a us a good look of the profile view and we believed him.
We are beyond excited to have a little boy and Lucy is excited to have a little brother!

4-Wheeling in Vernon
Daniel and his dad and brothers got a tag to go hunting in Vernon. You're asking, where the heck is Vernon? Well go west of santequin, Goshen, Genola, Eureka and keep going. It is in the middle of nowhere. But supposedly a great spot for camping and hunting. Lucy and I decided to go hang out one day to go "scouting" and ride four wheelers. Lucy is in heaven when she goes camping. She loves to be outside. We went on a ride around the town. Lucy got to go with Grandma and Grandpa on the Razor. She loved every minute of it. Also she loved hanging out with her Aunt Kaylee all day. Haha Dan made a poop bucket for the boys, but Lucy got to try it out first. So funny!

Hogle Zoo
My sister got a season's pass to the Zoo and we haven't had a chance to go with her yet. So one day after I worked, we decided to all go! It was a gorgeous day in October (no jackets!). There also was no one there, it was great. We went right onto the train and the carousel. We saw the giraffes, monkeys, bears, and the sea lions. Lucy was so excited to see everything. She wanted to constantly be out of her stroller and running around. It was hard chasing her down the whole time. But it was a lot of fun seeing her have a good time. The zoo with kids is so much better!

Red Barn
It was our first time going to the Red Barn in Santequin. We got to go with Tony, Emily and Annabelle. We had a fun time, but I wish we went a little earlier so we weren't in the dark. Lucy had a ball going down the slide with Daniel and I. She seriously went down 20 times. We also rode the bikes, shot apples out of a cannon, went through a maze, and took pictures with pumpkins. Afterwards, Emily and I were craving donuts and apple cider. However, they ran out of donuts! We were so upset, so we went to Payson market and got some there instead. Yum!

Aggie BYU Football Game
K. I went to this game thinking the Aggies would most likely lose big time. Whelp, I was sure surprised when we kicked BYU's butt! It was an awesome game! It was so much fun having Ben and Erika come and cheer with me, even though Daniel did not like it cuz he was the outcast. During 3rd quarter, Dan and I had the opportunity through IMG to go sit in the radio booth to watch Greg Wrubell do what he does best. He amazed me. There is so much going on all around him, it amazed me how well he could announce the game and announce it without showed much emotion. We could tell that he was upset (obviously) about BYU losing cuz he kept throwing his pen down. I made sure to zip up my jacket so he couldn't see my Aggie shirt. He eventually turned around and said hi to us which was nice of him. Near the end of the game, Erika and I were pretty proud to sing our Aggie anthem. I could tell Daniel was super mad, so we all left a little early. (He gets a little sensitive about his Cougars losing). Yay for the Aggies!

Cornbellys
Cornbelly's is probably one of my favorite things to do around Halloween time. It is so much fun. There are so many activities to do. It was so much fun for all of us, especially Lucy. She especially loved going down all the slides. We also watched a pig race, went on a tractor ride, went through a haunted house, played with bing bags and footballs, and played princess dress up. Loved it!
