Circus

We went to the Jordan World Circus again. It was a lot of the same things but had a few different acts. Lucy loved the Moana dance and the Elephants. Lincoln liked the elephants and the tigers. It was fun to take our kids, but this will probably be our last time going. Oh the circus life....

Chuck Awards Banquet

I was invited to Chuck-A-Rama's Award party this year because I've been working there for 5 years now. Wow, it's gone by fast! I'm happy to be a part of a great company and hope to be here for many more years. My dad received his 40 year award. He bought Christmas lights for his gift and I bought a waterproof bluetooth speaker for mine. It was a fun day! 

Lucy's 4th Birthday Party

 

Lucy loves birthdays, especially her own. She was feeling so special all day. In the morning, she woke up to streamers on her door and the dining room was decorate with streamers and balloons. She loved it so much that we kept it up for a few days. I made her chocolate chip pancakes and then we went with Graham and Mindy and to the Aquarium. She wore her special birthday crown all day and got a couple of Happy Birthdays. After the Aquarium, I put Lincoln down for a nap and Lucy and I made cupcakes together. It was her favorite. I frosted them and she decorated them with pink sprinkles and Moana toppers. She loved it. Then we decorated more princess crowns for all her cousins who were coming over. For dinner, we went and ate at Lucy's Pizza. It's a New York thin crusted pizza place. They had "Lucy" signs everywhere. It was fun getting pics by them. It was a good place! After that, a bunch of our family came over to celebrate! We had cupcakes and ice cream. Then Lucy opened her gifts! Her favorite was her Moana outfit and necklace she got from Grandma Moss. Then we hung out and played Dance Dance for Kids. She had a fun day!!

Lucy @ 4 Years Old

Things Lucy says and does @ 4 years old:

• oh. my. heck. That is so cool.
• Mom I'm trying to scare the hiccups out of me but it isn't working.
• Can I give my other treat to Jesus? 
• I make pig noise all the time because pigs are my favorite. And so are elephants. 
• To a little boy in the pool, look I can make a pig Noise. "That's weird"
• The sign says don't run away, get in the car, and do everything that your mom says.
• When I have a little girl I'm going to name her sparkles. I say well you can't have a baby until you get married. She says ok well I'll get married to Lincoln. 
• Firefighters have beds? You've got to be kidding me.
• When I grow up I'll listen to you Daddy. 
• He will miss me!
• I love you Daddy you always make me laugh sometimes
• Mom I'm getting so old look how big my legs are getting .
• I won't have bad dreams, I'll just keep my eyes open when I sleep. 
• I don't what got into me to make me do that. (Colored with crayon on the seats in the car).
• I asked Lucy are the giants scary? She says no not on my watch! 
• That makes us so sad that you don't give us treats all the time
• If you don't eat food you will walk slowly and die thank you.
• Daniel had written a scripture on our mirror and Lucy was shocked that he wrote on the mirror and exclaimed. His mommy and daddy are going to be mad! 
• Lucy says to me, Lincoln needs a brother. His name would be called candle. And I need 4 sisters. Their names are Alyssa, princess carly, diamond and water fight. 
• Mom Kenzie kissed me and it was kind of weird. I think she loves me.
• She wakes up crying at 11:45 every night, it's like clock work.  And we don't know why!
