We lived getting together with dans family this year at Kristys house. Lucy loved playing with her cousins while we all are and chatted with the adults. After dinner, Santa came! Lucy was in awe. She was so excited to sit in his lap. She waited so patiently while all the other cousins at in his lap first. Once it was her turn, she got really quiet and shy. She told him she wanted a candy cane. Next it was Lincolns turn. I totally thought he would scream, but he just seemed nervous and kept looking up at him. We took a quick pic and got him off. After Santa we exchanged family gifts. Julie was so sweet and gave Lucy dress ups and gave us a gift card. Jamie did something real sweet and copied all of grandma nonas recipes into a cook book for all of us.

- He is crawling. He's getting pretty quick but still gets tired pretty quick and starts crying.
- He climbs up stairs and it's his favorite thing to do.
- he gravitates towards furniture cuz he likes pulls himself up on it. He prefers standing up and looking at everything
- he has such a sweet personality. He has the biggest smile.
- He's had a cold and has the cutest raspy voice with it. Adorable but kinda sad. He's been really needy and always wants me. He cries when I leave the room.
- he loves oranges. He gets the biggest smile when I start cutting one. He's getting really good at picking up food with his fingers.
- he is a definite mamas boy. I love it! He's still good with most other people but prefers me when he's feeling sick or sad or tired.
- he gravitates towards heaters, fans, dresser handles and knobs and bathrooms! Anything that's not a toy he loves, silly kid. But he does love toys that light up.
- he stopped nursing. I feel bad I didn't make it to a year. It's been so busy with photography that I just stopped. A bottle was easier and I knew he was getting enough. He's been so small that I started supplementing to get him more but now I just feed him all formula. He's still small though.
- he's only 17 pounds and is in the 3.84 percentile. He eats a lot though. He prefers adult food. I hardly ever feed him baby food anymore.
- he is afraid of old people and old guys with beards

California 2015
We love visiting GG Mathews in California. It was Lincolns first time meeting her and while the first meeting wasn't so pleasant, he grew to love grandma by the end.
We had such a fun time while we were there. When we got in on Friday grandma instantly started playing games with Lucy which she loves. Grandma was always trying to keep her entertained.
On Saturday, I took fans aunt Debbie's family pics. They're a funny bunch! Then we met up with Mindy and rmeinat Manhattan pier and went and played on the beach. Lincolns first time there and first time eating sand. Yuck! Lucy lived running away from the water but soon enough she was fully in it. It was freezing! We had such a nice time soaking up the Suns rays. It was snowing in Utah. Then we went back to their hotel and went hit tubbing. Then went to dinner at a pizza place. It was a long fun and exhausting day!
Sunday Lucy woke up with a 103 degree fever. Poor girl. I stayed home with the kids while Dan went to sacrament with grandma. Then we switched places and I went to class with her. She's so sweet and was introducing me to everyone. Everyone had so many nice things to say about her and they're all true!
We chilled the rest of the day and tried to get Lucy feeling better for Disneyland the next day. I felt so bad for her.
Monday was the day! Time for Disney. Lucy had a better night but still had a temperature. I gave her a bath and after that she was feeling a lot better, so we went! We were a little late meeting up with Mindy and Remi. First thing that we had to do was go to the royal hall to meet the Disney princesses. Lucy was Whiney but excited. She dressed in her Rapunzel dress and met Snow White, belle, and Cinderella. She loved it. Then we went on pirates which Lucy loved also! After we met up and went on the Train. Lucy's fever was getting really high again. After the train we saw Rapunzel! I could tell Lucy was excited hit not feeling well, but meeting her made her cheer up a little. But after that she was not fine, she fell asleep in the stroller. I was so sad for her but wanted to try everything I could to make her feel better. We went to first aid place and took her temp and they gave her medicine. Then our doctor called Ina steroid. We had to go to the cvs where we went last year cuz Lucy was sick last year too. Disneyland in winter is not our luck! But he steroid made her feel better and she stayed pretty upbeat for a while. We saw the parade which was all of our favorite parts I think.
After the parade we hurried and got into small world. It was cute! Lucy was so happy on that ride! When we came up it was all lit up! The kids were all exhausted after that. So we took turns riding Indiana jones! Then after that Lucy had had it and threw up. Poor girl. We went home after that. We lasted until ten which was a lot better than I expected. Lincoln did such a great job the whole time and was a hoot little bit. He loved all the rides.

Thanksgiving 2015
Happy Thanksgiving! We went to the cabin with the Moss' for dinner this year. Everything was fabulous. Lincoln was going nutso over the food especially the candied yams.GGs favorite thing to do- hold the babies. Even though she says she wants more great grand daughters, I think she still loves to cuddle and play with Lincoln. ;)

Swimming Lessons
Lucy has been taking swim lessons from Kids Can Swim. It is such a great program and Lucy loved her teacher Mindee. She hated it the first week, but now looks forward to it when we go. She's really getting a hang of it too. She is floating on her back, jumping in, putting her head under the water. She hasn't quite mastered the actual swimming part, but I think she has improved a ton from not even wanting to put her head under the water.
