I'm sure proud of my husband. He had such a good first year. We are so appreciative and relieved how supportive the community, players and parents have been.
At the banquet, they awarded a lot of players. It was cool to get to know some of them and see how hard they worked. At the end, Heath Johnston talked about Dan and gave him a very nice gift. Everyone gave him a standing ovation. THen Renee said "no good coach is without a good wife supporting him". I went up and she gave me flowers and everyone gave me a standing ovation. It was so nice!
